Half Day / All Day
Functionality You Will Love
Looking for a place to host a smaller gathering or event? Our Social Hall half day or full day rental may be the perfect option for you. Our half day rental package is available in the morning from 8am-3pm or afternoon from 3pm-10pm. This package is perfect for any type of special occasion, like baby showers, bridal showers, engagement parties, birthday parties, and more.
Our full day rental package gives you access to the venue from 10am to 10pm. This package is built for small weddings, or business meetings and events. Our half day and all day Social Hall rentals includes seating for around 40 people, a pre-set seating layout of your choice, and bar services, if desired.
With our close-by A-Frames that provide overnight lodging, you can even host corporate retreats or family reunions, and book The Social Hall for seminars, meals, or mixers. Click here to learn more about our A-Frame overnight bungalows. Questions? Feel free to contact us!
Functionality You Will Love
Rehearsal Rentals
With the rehearsal package, you will get access to the Social Hall the evening prior to your Barn wedding from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Our social hall is still rented on a first come, first served basis, and could be rented by other clients if you choose not to book it right away. It will NOT be held until your pre-event meeting. Once you sign the contract for booking our Social Hall, you will have until your pre-event meeting to determine your preferred seating layout and bar services, if desired. Indoor and outdoor seating is available, along with a small prep kitchen with a fridge, sink, and counter space you can use to serve a meal. This package is only available for clients of The Barn.

Groomsmen Lounge
Looking for an on-site area for the groom and groomsmen to get ready and socialize before your wedding ceremony at The Barn? Our groomsmen lounge package includes access to games, a TV, and bar services the morning of your wedding. With the social hall being so close to The Barn, it's the perfect place for the guys to get ready and hang out until first looks, wedding party photos, or ceremony time. The close location also offers easy access for your photographer to capture photos of the guys getting ready. Access is from 10am-2pm on the morning of your wedding day at The Barn at Aspen Acres. This package is only available for clients of The Barn.
