STEP 02: THE FINER DETAILS
Once you receive our brochure, you'll make a selection from our options to help us fully understand your dream day & vision.
STEP 01: INQUIRE
After sending us an inquiry from our website, you will receive an email within 48 hours of submission, including our pricing brochure that includes all of our Venue Rental options and add-ons!
STEP 03: MEET THE BARN
Now that you have made a selection from our brochure we would love to meet with you to show you around The Barn and discuss all the details that we couldn’t fit into the brochure! Don’t live here? No problem! We offer virtual tours via zoom or facetime!
STEP 04: PICK A DATE
The first step of the booking process is to select a date. Once you select a date that we have available we will send over a customized proposal for you to review.
STEP 05: MAKE IT OFFICIAL
The second step in the booking process is to fill out and sign your proposal and send in your 50% non-refundable deposit.
STEP 06: THE NEXT STEP
The remaining 50% of your rental fees will be due 4 months prior to your event date
STEP 07: PRE-EVENT MEETING
Around 60 days before your event, we will reach out to schedule your pre-event meeting! We try our best to accommodate meeting times that work best for you and can meet either in person or via Zoom/Facetime. At this meeting, we will discuss all the details, including vendors, timeline, bar options, and add-ons, to name a few.
STEP 08: YOUR BIG DAY
The day is finally here! Come in, sit back and enjoy your day, we can't wait to share it with you!
